Jake Haning is a West Coast Swing instructor who has roots in Lindy Hop and Ballroom dance.  He has traveled competing, teaching and judging at West Coast Swing events around the world. 

Currently teaching out of Tango and ChaCha’s in Dallas, Jake is available for private lessons, workshops, as a choreographer, or for music editing assistance.

Because of his reputation for musicality, Jake always includes this as an additional element in his work as a layer on top of improving students' dance skills.  Even though he focuses on teaching the application of good technique, he overloads all of his instruction with fun.  His students always spend more time dancing than listening which allows them to leave his lessons with new material and concepts that can be applied that same night.
